I felt reassured that my valuable data was in safe hands. thumbsup The process of rebuilding the damaged external hard drive was explained to me, so that I understood the processes involved in retrieving my data, & how easily I had destroyed a 2TB external hard drive.

Being a busy primary school teacher with a hard drive filled with about 25 years of teaching resources, monitoring & assessments & my ongoing planning documents, my heart sank when it slipped off my desk whilst packing up my class late one evening. triumph

 

I didn't think anything of it when I accessed a few folders the following day, however I was devastated when I found that I could no longer access any of the planning for the following term, the assessments that I'd completed & the school reports that I'd started, thinking that I'd get stuck into them early, so that I could still have a few days to myself during the 1 week break. worried More than half the folders read "Fatal Error!"

 

Well, Jamie & Maddie (aka the Data Recovery Angels) were magnificent!! They managed to retrieve the majority of the data from the damaged hard drive & allowed me to experience the well earned break that I had been working tirelessly towards. Thank you to you both for your exceptional experience, honesty & dedication to my sudden data dilemma. heart_eyes

Thank you so much for recovering my data! I would have had a major meltdown if I had lost all my photos. You guys were able to get it all back! Thank you for that! Good price and quality service.

The only part I'm not happy about is the sticker you put on my hard drive.
